We had a wonderful one-night stay at the Clayton Hotel Limerick while visiting family and attending the Coronas concert. The hotel was in a great location with easy access from Limerick's main train station, making our journey simple and stress-free.

From the moment we arrived, all the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful, making us feel right at home. A special thank you to Laura McNamara, who went above and beyond to make our stay so enjoyable. Her warm, friendly service was truly appreciated.

Our room had a fantastic city view overlooking the River Shannon, and it was a real treat to see King John's Castle from the window. We were delighted to find a complimentary bottle of wine, along with crisps and chocolates in our room – such a thoughtful and welcoming touch that made our stay even more special.

Breakfast was excellent, with a great selection of fresh, delicious food. I especially appreciated that the breakfast staff kindly offered to cook vegan sausages for me, which was a lovely gesture and showed how accommodating and attentive they were.

Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would happily stay here again when visiting family in Limerick. We highly recommend the Clayton Hotel Limerick for its exceptional service, comfortable rooms, stunning views, and warm Irish hospitality.

Thank you!

The Clayton Hotel in Limerick was a great stay overall. It’s within walking distance of plenty of restaurants and shopping, which made it very convenient to explore the area.

The breakfast was excellent, and I loved that you could request freshly made pancakes and eggs. The bar staff was friendly, provided fast service, and made great drinks—I definitely recommend trying the Pornstar Martini! The dinner menu also offered a nice variety of options.

The rooms were a bit mediocre compared to the rest of the experience, but they were comfortable. I did notice a couple areas that could have been cleaner. The housekeeping staff was especially helpful and attentive throughout our stay.

Overall, I would definitely recommend the Clayton Hotel if you’re visiting Limerick, especially for its location, excellent food, and outstanding service.
